Greece Sotheby's International Realty is operated by Regency Real Estate SA, a privately owned company that is the real estate services subsidiary of Athens-based First Mediterranean Investments (FMI). In 2008 we negotiated exclusive rights to become a Sotheby's International Realty® affiliate throughout Greece. Thus we are a local, independent real estate services company that has chosen to improve our offering to sellers and buyers by embracing the global marketing resources and prestige that comes with Sotheby's affiliation.
FMI is a holding company with subsidiaries undertaking large scale investment projects across Southern Europe. FMI's commercial interests span real estate ownership and development, hotel group ownership and operation, energy investment and real estate services. FMI is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Libra Group, a modern conglomerate with diverse commercial interests across four continents.
The Sotheby's International Realty® network of which we are members has more than 9,000 sales associates located in more than 470 offices in the U.S. and 29 other countries and territories. Property listings from Greece Sotheby's International Realty will be marketed on this website and on the sothebysrealty.com global website.
